SriKrishnaCulture.com is an internet-based portal owned and operated by Sri Krishna Culture, having its registered office at 11 Sindhora Kalan, Chowki No.2, Near Shakti Nagar, Delhi – 110052 (“Sri Krishna Culture”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This Return & Exchange Policy explains the terms under which products purchased on www.srikrishnaculture.com (“Website”) may be returned, replaced, or exchanged. By placing an order on the Website, you (“User”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by this Policy along with the Terms & Conditions and other policies available on the Website.
1.1 All returns/exchanges are subject to verification by Sri Krishna Culture.
1.2 To be eligible, products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition, with original tags, invoices, manuals, freebies (if any), and packaging intact.
1.3 Sri Krishna Culture reserves the right to deny any return/exchange request if the product does not meet the eligibility conditions mentioned herein.
2.1 Users may request a return/exchange within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery, unless a different timeline is specifically mentioned on the product page or invoice.
2.2 Requests raised after the return/exchange window may not be accepted.
3.1 Return/Exchange may be accepted in the following cases (subject to verification):
Product received is damaged at the time of delivery
Product received is defective or not functioning (where applicable)
Product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered)
Product is missing from the package (partial order)
Size issue / exchange request (only if exchange is permitted for that product category)
3.2 For damaged/incorrect/missing items, users are advised to report the issue preferably within 24–48 hours of delivery with required proof.
4.1 The following items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged/defective/incorrect:
Items marked as “Final Sale”, “Non-Returnable”, or “Non-Exchangeable” on the Website
Items that are used, washed, altered, or tampered
Items without original packaging, tags, invoice, or freebies (if any)
Products damaged due to user mishandling, improper storage, or normal wear and tear
Any product categories that are restricted for hygiene/safety reasons (where applicable)

5.1 To initiate a return/exchange, you must contact our support team with:
Order ID
Registered name and contact details
Reason for return/exchange
Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging (especially for damage/defect/incorrect item cases)

6.1 All return/exchange requests are subject to inspection and verification.
6.2 Sri Krishna Culture may request additional information, images, or an unboxing video to validate the claim.
6.3 If the claim is found valid, Sri Krishna Culture will approve the return/exchange and arrange reverse pickup (where available) or provide further instructions.
7.1 Reverse pickup availability depends on your location and courier partner serviceability.
7.2 If reverse pickup is not available, you may be asked to self-ship the product to the address shared by our support team.
7.3 In cases where the return/exchange is approved due to our error (damaged/defective/incorrect), return shipping may be borne by Sri Krishna Culture, subject to verification and limits as per internal process.
7.4 In cases of exchange due to user preference (size/color change, etc., where allowed), shipping charges may be applicable.
8.1 Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
8.2 If the requested replacement/exchange item is unavailable, Sri Krishna Culture may offer:
An alternative product of equal value, or
Store credit, or
Refund as per applicable mode (at Sri Krishna Culture’s discretion and as per policy).
9.1 Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and successfully inspected/approved.
9.2 Refund timeline (indicative):
Prepaid Orders: refund initiated within 7–10 working days after approval; bank/issuer may take additional time to reflect the amount.
Cash on Delivery (COD): refund may be processed via bank transfer/UPI to the details provided by you, within 7–10 working days after approval.
9.3 Shipping charges (if any) may be non-refundable, unless the return is due to incorrect/damaged/defective product delivered by Sri Krishna Culture.
10.1 Sri Krishna Culture reserves the right to issue partial refunds or reject returns where:
The product is not returned in original condition
Any part/accessory/freebie is missing
Product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering after delivery
The return is not compliant with this Policy
11.1 Order cancellations may be allowed only before the order is shipped (subject to operational feasibility).
11.2 If an order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the request will be treated as a return (if eligible under this Policy).
12.1 The decision of Sri Krishna Culture on returns/exchanges, including eligibility, verification outcome, shipping method, and resolution, shall be final and binding.
13.1 Sri Krishna Culture reserves the right to modify this Return & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be published on the Website and shall be applicable from the date of posting.
